Where Do We Ship To?
Currently we only ship to the UK
When Will I Get My Order?
All of our jewellery is handmade to order and we aim to create all orders within 2 to 4 working days of receiving your order (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification confirming your order and a further notification when it has been dispatched. If you require your handmade jewellery in a bit of a hurry, please do contact us prior to completing your order at craft@beyondthebyre.co.uk and we will do our very best to meet your requirements. If we are away, we will still accept orders, but they will not be dispatched until our return, please check the announcement bar at the top of our website for updates, we will also email you to advise of any delay.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Due to recent changes within the Royal Mail delivery timescales for First and Second Class Post and subsequent delays, we have changed our shipping options to ensure that once dispatched customers can track their orders. We have 3 options currently available for postage within the UK: Tracked 24 and Tracked 48, both services compensates up to £75. For more expensive orders or orders your require quickly you may prefer the following service: Royal Mail First Class Guaranteed by 1pm next Working Day, compensation up to £750 (please remember that we have to create your piece first and once its ready to be shipped, it will then be guaranteed to arrive the day after dispatch). From time to time we may run discounted or free postage. This will be advertised on our website during the time they are valid, please check your shipping options on the checkout page.
How do I check the status of my order?
Other shipping services are available on request. We always keep a proof of postage and we will provide tracking as soon as possible after your order has been fulfilled.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at craft@beyondthebyre.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
